Volunteer at the Clinic
The Clearwater Free Clinic is always in need of volunteers!
If you would like to donate your time and your skills to help the medically needy in our community, please complete our Volunteer Application (we require this information from our volunteers because we handle sensitive patient medical information).
Volunteers are needed for tasks ranging from answering phones to grounds & maintenance work to fundraising and special projects.
Time and services donated by doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals are also crucial to the Clinic's continued operation.
Retired physicians may obtain a Limited License to volunteer at the Clinic. Nurses are not required to have an active license. Volunteer physicians and nurses are protected from liability under sovereign immunity (Florida Access to Health Care Act, Statute 766.1115).
