Staff Spotlight: Sandy’s Journey to Homeownership

Presenting a very special edition of our CFC Staff Spotlight!

Sandy has been a Medical Assistant for the Clearwater Free Clinic since 2016 and is passionate about helping the uninsured residents in our community. She is integral to our drug assistance program, ensuring that patients receive important prescription medications at minimal to no cost.

In October, Sandy qualified and was selected for the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build Program. The whole CFC staff was thrilled for Sandy to have this opportunity! With her hard work and dedication, her dream of homeownership became a reality this March.
