Parking: Upon arrival at the FrankCrum campus for Martinis + Matisse 2025, there will be two parking options:
Valet - if you plan to drive yourself, upon arrival follow signals from security. Expect a brief wait as we expect about 900 people.
Ride-Sharing Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Please ensure your driver follows the correct signs designating your transportation method. We recommend ride-sharing.
Check-in and Registration
You will receive your wristband and tickets at the registration table, organized in alphabetical order by last name. Tickets are all pre-purchased
We DO NOT accept walk-in reservations.
This is an adult (21+) event.
If you did not provide a guest name or if your guest has changed, you will be directed to a different line where a team member or volunteer will assist you with creating new wristbands and tickets. WE ADVISE YOU TO PROVIDE ALL GUEST NAMES BEFORE THE EVENT TO ENSURE YOUR ENTRY IS QUICK AND EASY!
Please Note: These wristbands and tickets are used to identify art winners and ensure each guest leaves with the correct piece of art.

For sponsors ONLY: Sponsors and sponsor guests are allowed to enter at 6 PM for the Private Art Preview Party.
For non-sponsors ONLY: If you arrive before 7 PM, you and your guests will be held in the Lobby of FrankCrum until the event begins.

Entry admission will not be sold at the registration table.
Ticket Information & How to Purchase
If you would like to purchase additional art tickets, there will be designated tables for these purchases inside the event.
Please Note: The Art Lottery Ticket pre-sale ends on Friday, January 17, 2025. If you would like to pre-purchase any tickets at a discounted rate, purchase tickets here!
For your convenience, Featured Art and Signature Art tickets will be placed in the drawing for you.
We have a few special surprises this year, so be sure to bring your cash or credit card. We accept card, cash, and contactless payments.
For those who pre-purchased Featured Art and Signature Art tickets, these will not be included in your ticket packet at the registration table.
Art Drawing & Collection Information
Art drawings will take place promptly at 9 PM. Please ensure you have placed all your tickets in the martini glasses next to your desired art piece.
If you win a piece of art, your wristband will be checked to ensure it matches the winner's name identified on the back of the art piece.
You WILL NOT be allowed to accept any won art on behalf of a friend, spouse, or family member.
If you leave before the drawing time or you are unable to collect your art on the evening of the event, your art will be transported back to the Clearwater Free Clinic and we will contact you to arrange for pick up.
What to Expect at Martinis & Matisse 2025
Art: Prepare to immerse yourself in an art gallery with over 130 pieces of unique and one-of-a-kind art. Martinis + Matisse displays a wide variety of creative pieces using different mediums, including paint, acrylic, clay, wood, and more!
Food & Drinks: Martinis + Matisse is proudly sponsored by over 15 unique restaurants and vendors who donate delicious small bites and tasty drinks for our guests. Be sure to grab a bite to eat and don't forget your martini!
Live Music: Open your ears to the sultry sounds of two different musicians/bands providing live entertainment the night of the event.
Live Art: Immerse yourself in the live art experience and watch as Amira Berkolli creates a masterpiece before your eyes.
For Artists ONLY!
Artist Check- in is 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, please go to the check-in desk. Your name will be on a list of reservations.
As our guest, you will also receive an envelope with art lottery tickets, a name tag identifying you as a participating artist, and a wristband.
Your guests do not receive art lottery tickets. They are allowed to purchase tickets the night of the event or pre-purchase here!
This is your opportunity to network and showcase your art! Feel free to bring business cards and stand by your art.
