Absolutely! We would love to have your work. It is your choice to enter in the juried portion of the event.

We do not have any restrictions or preferences unless otherwise stated.

Artists may select either the 2-dimensional, 3-dimensional, or photography category that best represents the medium of the entry. If the judge feels that another category is more appropriate, we will switch the category for you, on your behalf.

Each art entry must be an original piece of art or a signed, numbered and framed print completed within the past 2 years with a minimum value of $400. Artwork needs to be visibly signed by the artist (front or back) and include edition numbers for photography and prints.
Artwork must be framed to compliment your art or gallery wrapped and wired for hanging. Martinis + Matisse 2025 will not accept artwork that is not gallery ready.
ALL artist entries must be submitted as a digital image of the intended donation. The Martinis + Matisse Art Committee will make all approvals based on submitted images ONLY.
Artists may submit up to three images for consideration and are limited to one entry. All entries must include the artist's name, email address, phone number, title of work, medium, and dimensions (H x W).
Image requirements for entries: JPG or PNG files (Please try to keep the file size under 5 MB to ensure proper downloading). Please contact Delores Battle at dbattle@clearwaterfreeclinic.org.

Please sign your work on the front, back, or both. Bios are requested and business cards are suggested to help promote your artwork.

Yes, your work is your donation to Martinis + Matisse 2025.

Edits should be done prior to entering. Once an entry has been submitted, we do not accept edits, replacements, or exchanges.

The competition is open to non-U.S. residents.

Participating artists must be 21 years old or older. Artists must be 21 years of age to attend Martinis + Matisse 2025. Tickets and entrance into the event is nonrefundable if you are not of age.

Award-winning art will be identified on the evening of the event, January 18, 2025. Winning artists not in attendance will be notified by phone call or email January 20, 2025.
Non-winning entrants will not be individually notified of the results.

For proof or delivery, we suggest that you track the package with your carrier. If we have not received your art, but you have made a commitment to deliver, we will contact you prior to December 19, 2024 to ensure your package is en route.

Entries are not returned and are considered as a donation to the Clearwater Free Clinic and Martinis + Matisse event. Please keep a copy of your donation for your records.

The deadline to submit art via email is November 15, 2024. The deadline for delivery of all accepted entries is December 19, 2024 at 6 PM. All deadlines refer to the receipt of art at the Clearwater Free Clinic.

Courtesy emails and payment receipts are triggered automatically once you submit an entry form and/or payment method. Please check all filters and junk mail folders and ensure that anything from martinisandmatisse@gmail.com or emails ending in @clearwaterfreeclinic.org are on your accepted list. Valuable and often time-sensitive communication regarding your entry (including winner notifications, prize allocations, editorial communication, file requests, etc.) is sent via email and we would hate for you to miss any information. High traffic emails, especially around deadlines, may cause delays and affect your receipt of sensitive information.
