HOW TO ENTER

INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT:

  1. Martinis + Matisse returning artists will receive an invitation to submit via email.

  2. Artists will be redirected to complete the 2025 Martinis + Matisse Art Submission form. Artists can also access the form here.

  3. When completing the form, include your name, contact information, images of your artwork, and information regarding your art.

  4. Artists must submit at least one (1) image for consideration but are limited to three (3) images.

  5. Artists will be notified of their acceptance in two waves: September 9, 2024 and November 21, 2024.

ART ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • All returning artists receiving a Martinis + Matisse 2025 invitation, are eligible to submit work for consideration.

  • Artists over 21 years of age, working at any stage in their careers, are encouraged to submit.

  • Image requirements for entries: JPG or PNG files (Please try to keep the file size under 5 MB to ensure proper downloading). Please contact Delores Battle at the Clearwater Free Clinic, (727) 443-3504 or dbattle@clearwaterfreeclinic.org for help.

  • Each art entry must be an original piece of art or a signed, numbered and framed print completed within the past 2 years with a minimum value of $400. Artwork needs to be visibly signed by the artist (front or back) and include edition numbers for photography and prints.

  • Artwork must be framed to compliment your art or gallery wrapped and wired for hanging.  Martinis + Matisse 2025 will not accept artwork that is not gallery ready.

  • ALL artist entries must be submitted as a digital image of the intended donation. The Martinis + Matisse Art Committee will make all approvals based on submitted images ONLY.

  • Artists may submit up to three images for consideration and are limited to one entry.  All entries must include the artist's name, email address, phone number, title of work, medium, and dimensions (H x W). 

  • Martinis + Matisse is limited to accepting only 150 pieces of artwork.

  • The Martinis + Matisse Committee reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet the requirements.
